Once the glass pieces are cut, the painting process begins. Each layer requires firing in the kiln until the desired effect is reached.
After the firing is complete, the individual glass pieces are leaded
and/or foiled . All joints will be soldered together.
The piece goes through a cementing process that seals the window and blackens the lead. Below is the finished window in a supportive frame.
